and here is my card.... 
I stamped the "you're so sweet" sentiment from THIS set on white cardstock with black ink. Then I blended some Shabby Shutters Distress Ink on it to create green cardstock. I also added some clear sticklez to the clear metal rim tag before putting the chipboard piece on.
