I made this because I never seem to have a congratulations card on hand for someone who just got engaged or married.

What a beautiful card! Love the hearts!
I love red with blue!!! My friend was in a wedding earlier this year and the dresses were the same blue with red ties/sashes. It was super pretty. :)
