To create my ATC card....I used the back of some old KI Memories frost paper to get a frosty white cardstock and then heat embossed an HA snowflake stamp with white embossing powder. I added a HA pearl to the center to make them pop. I colored the snow girl with markers and added lots of bling with a glitter pen...sorry, it's hard to see in the photo. I also added some pink chalk to her cheeks to give her the look of being out in the cold. I recently saw one of Jennifer's winter cards where she layered vellum to create a snow scene and thought I would try it here and I like the result! I created a pocket too with the vellum by stitching around the edges. To finish it off I found some silver, mirror like confetti and stamped the sentiment, "be merrry" on it with Staz On ink and attached it with a pearl straight pin.
Overall, I had fun with it. I think I was just trying to keep my fingers busy so I wouldn't order one of these......
The Fuji Instax Mini. I really want one! Sigh. Maybe soon.Okay, off to bed. Got a bit of a tummy ache. Be back soon...
I had MANY, MANY pictures from his party and I didn't want to do multiple pages so I created mini prints and was able to fit 24 photos on the page! :)
Also made a card.....
I'll be back soon with my other projects. Still putting finishing touches on them....

I love the idea of an interactive card like these...
I heat embossed with clear powder the word enjoy on the front of some library pockets that hold a pack of crayons...The inside reveals different images for each child in the family to color.
Here is an example of one of the inside of the cards:
I also made a bunch of joke cards that will hopefully make the kids giggle :) ......

Whew! I know, long post! lol Did you have a favorite joke from the bunch?
Alex on drums...
Zac on lead vocals...
Eric on lead guitar...
Chris on bass guitar...
I had to beg Alex for one quick pic before we left for the night. I was good and only took one. I didn't want to embarrass him too much since there was a group of girls waiting to talk to the band. :)
The boys said they needed their energy before the gig so I made them a plate of brownies (like I do before every practice at our house) and this is what the plate looked like after 2 minutes (lol) ...
I'll be back soon hopefully with a video from today and some creative shares from my scrappin' trip with the girls tomorrow afternoon. Have a great weekend!
Instead of a card, I made a layout that I've been wanting to scrap for awhile but never was inspired until I saw these colors.
Alex's friend Eric has a farm and he spent a lot of time over there this summer bailing hay and getting a taste for the farm life. Eric's mom was sweet enough to snap some pics for me and these colors seemed perfect. (Lovin' my new Quickutz embossing dots folder. Yum.)
I cut out cardstock with a circle punch, stamped the cute apple and cow images, and then used adhesive to sandwich the toothpick in between two circles. Here is a pic of a few finished...
and the final result...
I think they turned out cute for my first time making many, many cupcakes. And I just can't end the post without a few pics of the birthday boy himself...
This next one is my favorite. They had all kinds of animals painted with holes where their heads would be. Great photo oppotunity! J.T. knew just what to do......
How stinkin' cute! I think I am going to blow that one up for my sister. :)
