Color Inspiration

Took a break from work and used Kristina's Color Inspiration this week to create a card. Here are the colors: I loved how bold they are! Here is my card using a Hero Arts owl set that I have been dying to use and some white embossing powder that I had sitting out. I am loving embossing lately....Better get back to work but before I go, I have a favor. Please leave a comment of something you want to see relating to scrapbooking/creating or know about me for my next post. Kinda in a blogging slump and would love ideas from you. Thanks for stopping by!

Cute card!!! Love the owls!!
I saw that color inspiration challenge and I love the colors she chose!
OK, for an idea...I keep my really good cards, ones I make that are too good to give away. Sounds terrible, but I'm sure most of us card makers can relate.
Any-woo (LOL), do you have a way of putting the cards in an album or some way other than putting them in a storage box?
My MIL actually asked me to find her something like that so she can flip through an album or something for the cards I give her.

Thanksgiving is coming. How about cards for this holiday. You could do a couple layouts with food/football and family scanning the black friday sale paper.

Do a fall layout with the pretty colors of this season.

Make gift tags for Christmas.

Make several cards for gift card.

How about a hot cocoa gift bag or soup mix jar or bag?

How about stamping your own Christmas wrap paper?

Do you have some family events coming up? Like birthdays, weddings.

Share you favorite cookie recipe. Box them all up for a cute photo to show us, with you sweet looking boxes. Or hey how about a small cake inside ready for the holidays. This would be great due to your sites name.

You could also do candy bag toppers.

Maybe a few Christmas ornaments, photo frames.

Need more ideas just email me I will think a bit longer....LOL

One too many cups of coffee this morning.
