Just for Fun

Hi! Not too much to report. However, I did get creative this weekend. Here is a layout I did with the pic from our blizzard weekend. (See last post) I used some new product from Cosmo Cricket. Love their stuff. Such good quality. See that twisting of the ribbon? Got the idea from my new book purchase...

I haven't got a chance to really sit down with it but I have skimmed through the pages. GORGEOUS work! Loved seeing Robyn's projects. Always stunning. I'm also a big fan of Jennifer McGuire's (a cincinnati gal too!) and Leslie Lightfoot's work. I really like the idea of the "recipes" because it is so similar to what we do at the Bakery.

What else? Oh, I was going through pics and I found this one of my photo display shelf. It is not the best pic becausethere is no light in the hallway. This shelf sits in a tiny hallway between two of our bedrooms. I don't like "wasted" space so I used a skinny ladder shelf in the corner to display some of our family photos:
