i was having a dinner party at my house the other week, and my boyfriend brought me home a huge and beautiful boquet of flowers just because he thought that i needed something pretty to set on my table.. he is so sweet =]

Just because gift...my mind is blank but when my husband gets up early on Sunday with the kids and gets me a Starbucks so I can sleep. That's definately a just because gift! LOL
I'm with Carla on this one - waking up on a non-early-morning-hockey-practice Saturday to find that my husband had run to Dunkin Donuts with the boys while I slept in is a fantastic "just because", in my opinion! He also takes them on daddy dates to give me a break. NICE!

I like to send 'just because' cards to friends often. Just to let them know that I thought of them. :)
My mother passed away last month, and my dad stops by 'just because". He brings me little things of hers that he thinks I will like. I'm sure that he is really checking on me, but he makes it seem so casual and I appreciate all the "just because" gifts and trinkets!
OH man i am thinking too hard for this one. Makes me realize that I need to be a better gift giver :-)
Probably my best one was from 2 girlfriends last fall who visited me while i was recovering from Breast Cancer and surgery.. They brought me a PINK tote bag FULL of PINK gifts and gadgets to cheer me up. I loved it and i do love pink....
What a good hubby!! Love the pretty colors he picked! He's a keeper! And I agree--"just because" flowers are the best!!
